A reader brought it to my attention that this week marks the one year anniversary of Carbon Dating going online. I had begun updating in 2013 a few months prior to the big launch at The Amazing Meeting in Las Vegas, so that my first visitors would have a dozen or so strips to look at.

I can’t believe how fast time has gone. In the nine months since the official launch, Carbon Dating has been run as a strip in the Skeptical Inquirer for the last three issues, and I’ve drawn two full-page illustrations for Skeptic Magazine. I’ve moved to Colorado, started a new job. My wife and I attended DragonCon’s Skeptrack, then I spoke at Reason In The Rock, Fort Collin’s Skepticamp, and for the Freethinkers of Colorado Springs. In two weeks I’m speaking at LogiCon, then a few weeks later take over leadership of the Pikes Peak Skeptics Society.

It’s been a whirlwind so far. I’m working hard to flesh out the rest of my first edition book before The Amazing Meeting again in July, then it all begins again. I’ve drawn 10 comics in 9 days this month. This summer I’ll be ready!
