The last comic about “Gluten Free” fad diet promoters did well on Facebook, but most rewarding were some of the comments I saw from those who do suffer from celiacs, IBS, or reactions to wheat.

“My son really is allergic and suffers when he eats it and those liars make it so people are suspicious of his legitimate claims.”

“The main reason I post things like this is misdiagnosing yourself with gluten sensitivity not only drains you wallet, but might prevent you from being diagnosed by a doctor with what is actually wrong with you.”

“It creates a huge problem for the industry, for poor people and even the people who have the condition, because some other people mistrust anyone who says they have it.”
