252 Magic Water
We went to a local pharmacy to find some cold medicine for our sick baby. This is what we found:
If you look closely, you can see tiny red letters that say “homeopathic”. If selling pretend medicine right next to real medicine for three times the price isn’t immoral, I don’t know what is.
And for those of you who might ask “What kind of person would knowingly sell water to people as a scam?” This guy:

Popoff. Not surprised. He got busted years ago using wireless to concoct miracles for his revival meetings in the 80’s.. Got him bumped from cable for a few years. Was weaselled his way back.
Steve Martin movie Leap of Faith loosely based on his tactics.
Popoff proved he lacked all moral guidance years ago. James Randi exposed him the first time in a very embarrassing and public display. It included outright racism and fraud.
Unfortunately, he made a comeback.
Quote from the video: “supernatural wealth transfer” Looks like the spirit world still uses cheques though. I also have my suspicions as to where the spirit world is actually transferring the wealth to and it’s ultimate point of contact.
What is the foundation of the morality to charge any amount? Three times what?
Three times as much as ‘real’ medicine.
There’s another group of idiots selling miracle water, and theyve been at it a lot longer than Popoff. Look into all the complete garbage that surrounds the Lourdes Water scam. You can buy a bottle of 100% pure scam from Amazon for a mere $56 per 1 liter. If that’s too expensive, little bottles of liquid gullible are available for between $8 and $12.
The questions, answers and reviews are very sad.
I couldn’t get a good view of the boxes so I looked them up on Amazon. What’s even scarier to me is on the Similasan box there is a “Pediatrician Recommended” symbol. What pediatrician is recommending this? Does the AAP have anything to say about this? What happens to the sleep deprived parent who walks into a pharmacy at 3am and just wants something to let their kid sleep. “This one’s pediatrician recommended, that’s clearly the one to get”
